A secluded retreat, yet a 10 mins walk to the village with all amenities. Set in 2 acres of gardens comprising orchard with fruit trees, well, large swimming pool with underwater lighting, pool house, tennis court, sun terrace with BBQ and garden furniture. The garden is somewhat of a park. The boundaries are formed from dense hedging, oaks and silver birch. Locals sometimes come to pick the ceps mushrooms. The garden really is perfect for children to roam around in absolute safety. Deer frequent the edges of the garden and zero light pollution make for superb stargazing. Autumn is very colourful as the trees change colour in anticipation of winter. it is a good time to light the raised fire and draw in the chairs and make use of the woodpile. Panoramic views looking over the Dordogne countryside. Close to Thiviers, Brantome, Perigueux and St Jean de Cole.
